RENTAL PERIOD. The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). The count of rental days are not divided (for example, if you need the car for 1,5 days, the payment is for 2 days).

PAYMENT. Payment is in advanced and will be made when we deliver the car in cash or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or 2 days before the rental period starts to our bank account.

RENTAL PRICE. Rental price includes insurances and taxes but not the fuel or the screen wash fluid. If the car is returned late without any notice, the client is obligated to pay for overtime.

CREDIT CARD. From all of our international clients, we need information about their creditcard (VISA or MasterCard). The necassary form will be sent to you by e-mail when we confirm your car reservation and will be filled out and signed when we deliver the car.

DRIVING LICENSE. Driving license must be in Latin alphabet or the client must have international driving license and at least 1 year of experience of driving.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER. If the client wishes there can be two additional drivers marked onto the rental agreement for free.

FUEL. When returning the car, the tank must be as full as it was when delivered to the client. If not, any missing liter of fuel will be charged by the price of 20 EEK per liter.

TIDINESS. Cars are delivered clean and technically fine. When returning, the car must be in the condition so it is possible to see whatever damages it has. If not, the client must pay extra 100 EEK if the car is not clean from the outside and another 100 EEK if the car is not clean from the inside.

TECHNICAL CONDITION. All our cars are in the technical condition so it is safe to drive. During the rental period, the client must preserv that condition and if necessary make the necessary adjustments. The cost of the adjustment may be covered if it had been agreed before and the client has the necessary receipt of the cost.

MILEAGE. All our vehicles have unlimited mileage (kilometers).

INSURANCE. All our cars have necessary local third party liability insurance and also Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) insurances with a deductible of 5000 EEK.

In case of theft, the client has to return the car keys, car documents, remote control of the alarm system and the front panel of the car stereo if necessary. If not done so, the client is 100% responsible of the car and its valuables.

ACCIDENTS. In the case of an accident cased by the client’s misbehaviour, the client is obligated to pay the deductible of 5000 EEK. The debuctible is the same in case of an traffic accident caused by the client. If the cost of repairs of the caused damages is smaller than 5000 EEK, the clint can only pay that cost, if agreed by the Lessor.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. If there are any technical problems with the car, it will be solved by mutual agreement as long as the Lessor has been notified before.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION. The delivery of the car to the client in Tallinn is free of charge from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00, otherwise 100 EEK. Outside the city limits every kilometer will be charged by the fee of 4 EEK. Returning the car is arrangeable by mutual agreement, but will be charged 100 EEK on weekends and on national holidays.

CROSSING THE BORDER. Crossing the borders of Estonia is possible only with our permission and so marked on the rental agreement. It is not possible to take our cars to Russia due to the insurance issues. The Lessor is not responsible for any inconveniences caused outside of the borders of Estonia.

RENTING WITH A DRIVER. If the client wishes, the car can be rented with a driver. The price is 100 EEK per hour + 2 EEK per kilometer. The driver’s fee is not including a hotel room or a visa for the driver if it comes necessary.

TRANSFER SERVICE. Our Transfer Service includes driving to the destination and back. The price includes service for 12 hours and does not include driving around in the destination. If there is a need to drive around in the destination, the fee is 100 EEK per hour + 2 EEK per kilometer.

FINES. Violation of the rental agreement – up to 4000 EEK. Damages caused by smoking in the car – 1000 EEK. Unpayed traffic violation – sum marked on the violation + 20%. Unnotified delay of the return of the car – according to the price of the rental day.
